ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the former Southland Log Homes located at 8920 Roanoke Road in Elliston, Virginia.
This 24,000 sq. ft. industrial building sold for $675,000. Thom Hubard, CCIM facilitated the transaction on behalf of the buyer and seller.
