Poe & Cronk Announces New Dollar General
ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of 3325 Melrose Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia.
This 1.2 acre parcel sold for $210,000 to Franklin Land Associates, LLC, where Dollar General plans to build a 9,100 square foot retail store. Dennis Cronk represented the Seller, Roanoke Country Club, Inc. in this transaction.
