ROCKY MOUNT, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the former Blackwater Industrial building located at 685 Tripple Creek Road, Rocky Mount, Virginia.
This 78,522 sq. ft. industrial building and 11 acres sold to a local expanding manufacturing and distribution company. Matt Huff, CCIM facilitated the transaction on behalf of the buyer and seller.
