ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the former Child's World childcare facility located at 628 Townside Road, Roanoke, Virginia.
This 7,500 sq. ft. building located near Townside Shopping Center will be completely remodeled and serve as the future location for Wellington Academy, a new children's academy moving into the Roanoke Valley. Matt Huff, CCIM represented the buyer in this transaction.
