Poe & Cronk Announces Sale to AEP
BLACKSBURG, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of a 1.3 acre parcel located at 3925 S. Main Street in Blacksburg, Virginia.
This 1.3 acre site sold to American Electric Power. Dennis Cronk, CCIM, CIPS, CRE and Matt Huff, CCIM facilitated this transaction on behalf of the Buyer and Seller.
