Poe & Cronk Selected to Manage and Lease Roanoke Landmark
Roanoke Firm to Handle Leasing and Management of Promenade Park Shopping Center
ROANOKE, VA - Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group has been chosen to serve as the exclusive Leasing and Management Firm for Promenade Park Shopping Center at 3524 - 3574 Electric Road in Roanoke County.
The Promenade Park, opened in 1984, is one the most successful Neighborhood Retail Shopping Centers in the Roanoke Valley. Currently 100% occupied, this 42,000 square foot shopping center is home to national and local tenants alike.
